Riverside is a lovely welcoming detached bungalow style
chalet situated in a very quiet area of the park. It is on the banks of the
River Seiont which flows through the site. It has a full length decked area
outside the huge living room window. You can sit on the deck and enjoy a drink,
or even sit in the living room with the patio doors wide open and listen to the
river running along the front of the chalet. There is nothing so relaxing.
The chalet has been carefully equipped with everything you could need for an
enjoyable holiday with the emphasis on comfort.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds.
The modern L - Shaped kitchen has all the essential equipment you
need for your family holiday or short break. (Although there are so many great
places to eat locally you may not need to turn the cooker on!).
The lounge has a Freeview TV, DVD player,
comfy leather sofa's and 4 seater dining table. The shower
room is newly refurbished for the 2009/10 season.
The chalet has a family 'night in' box containing
games, DVDs, cards and colouring books to keep the whole family entertained
Prices are from £269 to £529 per week.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and
tea towels. (A linen service is available for a small extra charge please
ask at time of booking). Electricity is by £1 coin meter.
All rooms have electric heaters to ensure that the chalets are as cosy in
winter as they are in summer.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are provided.
There is ample parking
Hire periods are usually Saturday to Saturday.
Short Breaks also available outside the main school
holidays.
Site Facilities
Outdoor heated swimming pool and poolside bar. The heated outdoor pool is
open from the 31st May until September. Enjoy those long summer days relaxing by
the pool, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful swim.
Poolside bar caters for meals (try the Sunday Lunch)
and offers an entertainment
programme. Relax in the adults' lounge or pool room, or treat the whole family
in the family room. Sky TV and large screen television is provided for sporting
events.
Take Away, Offering a good choice of take away food.
On site shop is kept well stocked with daily papers and
a good selection of essential groceries, as well as those bits and bobs you are
bound to have forgotten
Fishing - Coarse and fly fishing are available, fishing for salmon, carp and
trout on a choice of lakes or river. A full rod licence is required for this
activity.
